Remodeling of NanoLab

Currently, NanoLabNL at AMOLF is being remodeled to further strengthen the facility. Because of the construction work NanoLabNL at AMOLF is closed. The lab expects to re-open on August 1st, with more and more equipment coming online throughout August.

The improvements we are working on are, amongst others:

– Both expanding the existing floor space in the lab and using the existing floor space more efficiently. The extra space will be used to house future equipment financed by the National Growth Fund awarded to Quantum Delta NL in 2021.

– Improved separation of user and technical areas for safety, performance, and improved user convenience.

– Better air circulation for a cleaner environment.
