TRVS 2023

Registration has closed

The Time Resolved Vibrational Spectroscopy (TRVS) 2023 Conference registration is open, and will close on May 31, 23:59h CET.

You can pay in different ways:

• iDEAL
  Please note that iDEAL only works with Dutch banks and is therefore not suitable for international participants.
• Credit card and Paypal
  ​​You can pay via credit card and PayPal (Mastercard, VISA and American Express).
• Wire transfer

Make sure you have your payment details ready during the registration process.

After registration you will receive the following:

• a confirmation e-mail of registration;
• an invoice with your payment details from Delft Congress Support.

Conference Fees

There are two ways of participation: in person and online. TRVS 2023 will be a hybrid conference which means that all the talks can be followed online and it will be possible to ask questions online. All presenters (talks and posters) however, have to be physically present in Amsterdam.
Participants registering for online participation will receive a link a few days before the conference.
If you register to participate on-site, this includes the welcome reception on Sunday, June 11, and the conference dinner on Thursday, June 15.

€ 450 – participation in person at Trippenhuis Amsterdam

Includes:

• Full access to all the conference content on-site
• All coffee breaks and lunches included during the conference June 12-16
• Welcome reception on Sunday, June 11 at the Trippenhuis
• Conference dinner at the KIT Royal Tropical Institute on Thursday,  June 15

€ 150 – online participation

• Follow all oral presentations and asking questions online

Special notice: To show our support for Ukraine and in accordance with current European sanctions, TRVS 2023 will not accept any payment of registration fees from Russian or Belarusian institutions paid on behalf of researchers based at or affiliated with them.
