Applying to OrganoidNL 2025 is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

1. Please fill out the registration form below.
2. If you want to be considered for a talk or a poster, please indicate so at the time of registration by clicking the right box. Once you do, fields will pop up where you can paste your title, author list and abstract.
3. After clicking submit, you will receive a confirmation on this page and by e-mail.

Please note that attendance is limited due to the auditorium’s capacity. As a result, registration does not guarantee automatic selection. Priority will be given to those submitting an abstract. Additionally, please be aware that a no-show fee may apply to avoid food waste and ensure that available spots can be allocated to those eager to attend.

Thanks to our sponsors, enrollment is free of charge for people working in academia. Companies can send participants (space permitting) by sponsoring the meeting. Contact the meeting organizers to hear about those possibilities.
